The Three Musketeers

Last night I watched the three musketeers movie from the 90’s. It was fun, unexpectedly brutal, and the costuming was cool. I could not get over the king’s “berries and cream” hair style and a guy gets murder-dead-impaled at one point which freaked me out.
I did pause a lot to sketch scenes as I went, so may watch-through may have been a little disjointed.
The villian was wonderfully horrible and was very easy to hate, and everybodies hair was consistently epic.
Didn’t care much for villian no. 2 except for how cool his costuming was. Maybe if it had been explained exactly what he did to D’artannan’s father? I don’t know.
Finished off the night with “Brave” in honor of my two buddies who got married this weekend. They had a lovely handfasting and bagpipe performance and they’re both super cool.
